as if she were wearing a crown.

The surface may be clouded,
coloured by what has been,
yet she moves on in stillness
in the present moment.

Head high. Present. Dignified.
As if she carries a crown.

even when no one sees.

You are always seen.
You are always loved.

Love lives within you.

as if a crown rests upon it.

Breathe in stillness.
Breathe out what weighs you down.

Feel yourself carrying your being
with dignity and calm.

Silently say within:

I am pure in my essence.
I stand in my dignity.
I wear my crown in the unseen.

Through me, love moves.
Through me, unity lives.

Here and now
I am in balance.
