Prices and Payment

Each product is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including VAT and shipping cost. If you are under 18 years old, you need parental consent to make a purchase from us.
We accept payments via Klarna and credit/debit card.

Shipping

We use PostNord or DHL, depending on the size of the parcel.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Catrin Skott Art will refund the paid amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the returned item.

Uncollected Packages or Letters

For packages or letters that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative and handling fees — currently 200 SEK.

Right of Withdrawal and Claims

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
Your message to us must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You can use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency:

Return shipping, which must be trackable, is paid by you.
Sealed products must be returned in unopened packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.

Shipping costs are not refunded when exercising the right of withdrawal.
If a used product is returned to us, we reserve the right to make a deduction for loss of value. This refers to a reduction in value caused by handling of the item beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returned goods must be received by Catrin Skott Art for a refund to be issued.
If any item arrives damaged, this is considered a complaint (claim).

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered.
Returns of defective goods are always at our expense, but you must contact us before returning the item.
All returns must be trackable and must not require collection fees (e.g., cash on delivery).
A defective item will primarily be replaced with a new, fault-free product.

Please note: visible transport damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the package.

Force Majeure

Catrin Skott Art is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as: government actions or inaction, new or amended legislation, labor disputes, blockades, strikes, fires, floods, sabotage, or major accidents.
Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market or products, such as restrictions, warnings, or sales bans.

Other Terms

Catrin Skott Art reserves the right for possible typographical errors, color deviations in product images, sold-out items, and changes in technical data beyond our control.
