STILLNESS

The stillness within you is your true home – a place where nothing external can reach your soul.

At any time and in any place you can turn inward instead of outward.
Inward, home to yourself – that can never be taken from you.

Others may try from the outside, but it is only you who gives the outer world permission to disturb you.
Like the jellyfish, when you mentally “close” your door to the external, you can always feel safe and at home within yourself.
No one and nothing can reach you on a soul level, regardless of what happens in the outer world.

Be with yourself and you will realize that you are home with your entire universe within you.
You are at home with the Creator and the creation, and also here on Earth.
You are now grounded and yet free – find the balance.
Know that you can always rest within yourself when you choose to – that is when you come into balance.
