You fall.

We are born into life to experience.
We leave our center and forget for a while who we are
in order to experience creation in a new form.

We live our roles, gather our experiences,
and one day the journey home begins.

When we see through the illusion
we turn inward –
back to our inner core
where we are all one.

There, love, peace and harmony always prevail.
All life longs for this
in the micro and the macrocosm.

Like night and day.

By day we are in movement.
At night we return to our center,
rest in the stillness,
home in the All.

We return carrying life’s experiences in our backpack.
Everything we have lived becomes wisdom in the whole.

You have always been one with the All.
When you embrace your entire self
you heal.

Reunite with yourself in your innermost being.
Be proud of all you have learned –
through light and through darkness.

Make peace with yourself.
Love yourself as you are.
Do the best you can in every moment.

You are loved exactly as you are.
See this – and you are free.
Free to love and free to be loved unconditionally.

My journey is not unique,
but it is mine.

I fell into the deepest darkness
when my womb was removed through cancer.
It became the beginning of my rebirth
in the body I now live in.

When I embrace all of myself
I heal.

What leads you to your rebirth?

Embrace it.
Embrace your whole self.

That is when you heal.

Activation

Pause for a moment.
Feel your body supported where you are.

Place one hand over your heart
and one over your belly.

Breathe in slowly.
Breathe out.

Think of everything you have been through.
Not to analyze 
but to see it with gentleness.

All you have carried.
All you have survived.
All you still are.

Feel how none of it was in vain.

Say quietly within:

I am still here.
I choose to stand on my own side.
I embrace my whole self.

Feel how something soft within you
begins to rise again.

Not as who you were 
but as who you have become.
