This is where creation is moving –
toward a free flow of light.

A body of light moving in all directions.
The Merkaba.

When energy flows freely, we move through time and space without obstruction.
Like pyramids within pyramids, creation carries information within its forms.

When energy is released from within through healing,
Mother Earth also heals from within
and gains access to her full capacity.

Embrace yourself and life.
Know that you are doing the best you can in every moment.

When you release ideas about how everything must be,
freedom arises.

Let every moment be free.

here and now
for eternity.

Activation – Rays of Energy

Stand for a moment in stillness in front of the image.

Let your gaze rest in the center of the triangle
where the light meets the Earth.

Breathe calmly.

Imagine the golden rays of energy
beginning to move through you as well.

Breathe in light.
Breathe out tension.

Let each breath open your body a little more.

Feel the energy flowing from the Source
through you
and out into the world.

There is nothing you need to force.
Simply allow the flow.

If you notice resistance in your body or thoughts,
meet it gently and let it dissolve in the light.

When energy is allowed to move freely,
you become lighter.

Your heart opens.
Your frequency rises.

Remember that you are part of the great flow of life.

Energy always moves
through creation
through the Earth
and through you.
