PORTAL OF THE HIGHER HEART CHAKRA

Every experience becomes a petal of light as you step into the higher consciousness of the heart.

You climb along the stem of the rose, growing in order to bloom fully.
The petals are the results of all the lessons you have gathered along the path of wisdom, your life path.

The thorns are the lessons you meet along the way.
When you have illuminated them, become aware of your darkness, looked at each thorn and embraced your wounds, they are transformed into wisdom.
Then you can comfort yourself and embrace yourself in what you have been through and bring light into every thorn, which becomes enlightenment.

When you tend to your pain, you heal yourself and transform the pain into wisdom and experience.
You have then balanced your traumas.
Light and darkness, love and hate.

Then the light can enter the centre of the rose and shine all the way down to the root in the darkness of the soil.
You can then enter a new level of higher consciousness.
Welcome into the portal of the heart.

Activation

Pause in the stillness of your heart.
Breathe gently through the rose within you.

Let every experience become a petal of wisdom.
Let every wound be filled with light.

Here darkness and light are brought into balance.
Here pain is transformed into love.

The light reaches the root.
The heart opens.

Here and now you step into your higher consciousness.
You are whole.
You are held.
You are the living portal of the heart.
