Paint your intention – A fresh start in color and shape
Leave the old behind and open the door to a new chapter. During this course you will have the opportunity to let go of what has been and set a clear intention for the coming year.
Through meditation, reflection and painting you create your own unique work of art – a mandala or a free painting that reflects your inner journey. Led by Catrin Skött. No previous experience is necessary, just a curiosity and willingness to give yourself a moment of stillness and creative joy.
This is what you will experience :
A gentle guided meditation to land and let go.
A moment of reflection where you formulate your intention.
Painting on canvas in a relaxed and undemanding environment.
Creative support and guidance throughout the process.
A day filled with community, inspiration and peace.

Stretched canvas for your artwork.
Paints, brushes and materials to borrow.
Coffee break with coffee, tea and cake.
Bring with you:
Comfortable clothing and possibly your own brushes or paints if you want to use your own materials.

Price: You pay your registration fee at the time of booking and the remainder is paid before the course starts, here or BG 555-8465 The registration fee is non-refundable because I have so few course places, but if you can find a replacement, they can pay you the amount and thus take over your booking.
