The course takes place in a peaceful summer cottage setting by Lake Siljan, in the heart of the Dalecarlian landscape that for generations has given people strength, rest, and inspiration.
Here, you step away from everyday life for a few days and make space for calm, presence, and creative joy.

This course is for everyone.
For those who have never held a paintbrush – and for those who have painted all their lives.
For those who want to ground themselves, regain energy, and move forward with greater clarity.

You are invited to paint what wants to be painted through you – freely, intuitively, or in the form of a mandala.
Whatever feels right for you.

With gentle and attentive guidance from Catrin Skött, you will be supported throughout the entire process.
All that is required is curiosity and a willingness to give yourself time.

Through soft meditation, reflection, and creative work, you will have the opportunity to set a clear intention – for change in your life, or simply to meet yourself where you are right now.

We will pick you up at Rättvik train station if you arrive by train or bus.

• Two stretched canvases
• Paints, brushes, and materials to borrow

 Please bring:

• Comfortable clothes that can get paint on them
• Optional: your own brushes or paints, if you prefer to use your own materials
