The joy of creating.

But what is the illusion in its ultimate form?

At our core we are energy –
particles in motion,
formed in different patterns.

All arises from the same source
in eternity.

Stand for a moment in stillness in front of the image.
Let your gaze rest in the center of the triangle.

Breathe calmly.

Imagine a soft golden light radiating from the center
meeting the light within your own heart.

You do not need to do anything.
Simply be.

Allow your thoughts to settle
and feel yourself gently returning to your center.

Remember that you are part of creation –
a unique tone in the great symphony of the universe.

When you follow your curiosity
and create from the heart,
you contribute to the whole.

Let the light remind you:

You are here for a reason.
Your expression matters.
Your light is needed in this world.

Breathe in.
