opens into understanding.

Here the whole of you gathers
in the light
in the stillness.

Here every part of you can rest.
Here nothing needs to change.
Here you are allowed to be.

When you rest in your inner stillness
your frequency returns to its natural tone.
The body remembers.
The heart softens.
The mind clears.

You are held in the light.
You are whole in what is.
