Welcome to create your unique painting without any requirements or achievements using a guided meditation, sound bath and simple painting techniques.
With inspiring guided meditation by Annika Brugge playing her alchemical crystal bowls, you will have the opportunity to land in your soul and awaken your creativity. You will lie comfortably on a woolen mat with a blanket and rest to the healing tones.
You also get to disconnect from the outside world, meet yourself in creative joy, peace and harmony. A recovery for body and soul. The course is for everyone, with or without experience of painting. Catrin Skött shows, inspires and guides you.
Time: 10:00-17:00
Location: Björngårdsgatan 7 (Mariatorget subway station , Mariatorget exit)
This includes: a stretched tablecloth, coffee, tea, waffles with jam & cream. Sound healing and meditation. Paint, brushes and tools are available for loan. Bring comfortable clothes, your own brushes and paint if you want.

Price: You pay your registration fee at the time of booking and the remainder is paid before the course starts, here or BG 555-8465 The registration fee is non-refundable because I have so few course places, but if you can find a replacement, they can pay you the amount and thus take over your booking.
