Welcome to an afternoon where you will have the opportunity to truly meet yourself right where you are right now. No previous experience is required.

We begin with a meditation led by Ulla where she helps our physical bodies meet the higher frequencies that are now flowing across the planet. Then Sara takes over and guides you safely through various breathing techniques to beautiful music.

We finish with relaxation, then there is coffee and time to socialize in a relaxing atmosphere.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a workout for the respiratory system. It consists of various breathing techniques that can improve both your physical, mental and psychological health.

WHY BREATHWORK?

Through breathwork we can, among other things:

• Balance the nervous system

• Releasing blocked emotions

• Getting in touch with our higher self

• Reduce stress and anxiety

• Increase energy levels

• Support digestion

• Gain insights from your inner guidance

Practical: Bring your own mat if you have one (some are available if you don't have one). It's best not to eat anything for about 1.5 hours beforehand. At least not much as it can feel a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, just come with comfortable clothes and an open mind.

We look forward to meeting you all and creating a shared moment filled with inspiration, sharing and togetherness.

With warmth,

Ulla Andréen, Sara Abrahamsson & Catrin Skött
